Bluebonnets!

I found a great patch of bluebonnets the other day and just had to get my girls out in them. It was not the easiest shoot - lots of sun, lots of itchy grass, and two grumpy kids, but I managed to get some shots that I just adore.

I'm offering a special from now until the bluebonnets leave us for another year - a mini photo session (20-30 minutes) in the flowers for $30! A great deal!

bellies!

I've been re-editing some maternity shots and wanted to post some of my favorites. Moms-to-be are fun to take photos of. Who doesn't love the sight of that belly?!?

My baby

In the interest of fairness, since I'm adding pictures of my oldest, I'll also include some photos of my youngest in the first of her yearly portraits. It was coooold that day (late December), but my girl was a trooper. Here are some of my favorite shots from that day.

My Princess

My daughter, who recently turned 4, and I headed out to Zilker Gardens on Sunday to take her yearly portraits. We've gone to the Gardens every year since her first birthday and it really offers some amazing backdrops for portraits. She had a great time modeling and felt so special - we had a great time. Here are several of the photos we got that day - what a princess!

My girls

We've been stuck at home for almost a week with various forms of bronchitis and colds lately. Despite it all, my girls are able to have fun. We filled the water table with bubbles the other day and they had a blast.

Baby M

I had the wonderful privilege of photographing a gorgeous 6 month old girl last weekend. She is the cutest thing and has the best eyes in the world! Check out some of the shots we got.

My first post!

Well, I have decided to join the world of the blogs. I have zero experience with this, so be patient
with me, please!
Spring is blooming outside my window as I type and I'm ready to get out and take pictures. As the sun shines and the weather gets warmer, I am excited to gear up my photography business and have a busy spring!

I hope to post here daily, a lofty goal perhaps, but one I'd like to stick with! I'll be posting pictures from my sessions, and some of my own beautiful kiddos. :)
Thanks for coming by and check out my website when you get a chance:
